troglodyte villages,
the vertiginous scenery of the Gorges du Tarn and the wide-open
spaces of the causses or limestone plateaux. |

the farmers markets of the region. You may even be lucky enough to
catch a night-time market (several are organised during the summer),
during which locals and holiday-makers come together to enjoy the sound of local music.
